Covid 19 Newsbriefing: The Government has produced guidelines noting that allotment sites should be accessible for allotment tenants whilst following the regulations on social distancing. The regulations can be seen on all the entrance gates to the allotments. Elder Stubbs will not be accessible to members of the public.
During these extraordinary times we are still maintaining our waiting list for plots but available plots will only be allocated to novice/inexperienced growers when a state of normality again returns.
Update: With lockdown lifted we have returned to normal allocation of plots but this situation might again change.
Basic maintenance tasks are being undertaken with an emphasis on maintaining safety through social distancing and solo working.
